Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been shipped.
This policy is in place for the health, safety, and hygiene of our customers. We take this very seriously and cannot make exceptions.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aliendicks.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product.
We will review your claim and, if approved, we will send a replacement for the defective item. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are not reported within the 48-hour window.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it has been shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
